Pridelands Conservancy: A Wildlife Haven
A Pristine Wilderness
Located in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, north of the Hoedspruit Airforce Base, Pridelands Conservancy is a stunning example of intact Combretum woodland. This former hunting farm has been transformed into a wildlife haven.
A Gateway to the Wild
In September 2017, the removal of fences between Pridelands and the Greater Kruger National Park (GKNP) significantly expanded the wildlife habitat. This integration has allowed for the free movement of animals, including members of the Big Five, wild dogs, and hyenas.
A Diverse Ecosystem
Pridelands Conservancy offers a diverse ecosystem, providing ideal conditions for a variety of wildlife. Visitors can expect to encounter a range of species, including lions, leopards, elephants, rhinoceros, buffalo, wild dogs, hyenas, and various antelope.
